1. Access and License Section
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access purchased content for your own learning and non-commercial use.
Access may be provided through a web dashboard, downloadable lessons, or streamed materials. We may update the delivery method to improve stability and security.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or share account credentials.
- You may not upload course videos, patterns, or lesson notes to public platforms.
- You may print individual worksheets for personal study, unless the lesson explicitly prohibits it.
2. Payments Section
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion charges charged by your provider.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Billing integrity
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support first so we can investigate quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restriction to protect the platform.
3. User Conduct Section
We want our learning community to feel welcoming, safe, and constructive. Please communicate respectfully and do not harass other learners, instructors, or staff.
- No hate speech, discrimination, threats, or targeted harassment.
- No spam, solicitation, or posting unrelated promotional links.
- No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, including repeated minor issues or a single severe incident.
4. Refunds Section
Refunds are available within 14 days under fair-use conditions. “Fair use” means you have not consumed a substantial portion of the purchased content and the request is made in good faith.
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with the purchase email and the course name.
Non-refundable cases
- Requests after the 14-day period.
- Abuse of refund policy or repeated refund requests across multiple purchases.
- Purchases made through third parties where their policy governs refunds.
5. Privacy Section
We collect only the data needed to provide access, process payments, and improve learning experience (for example: account email, purchase status, and course progress).
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to store preferences such as theme selection. Where required, optional analytics cookies are shown with a choice.
You can manage cookies from the banner at the bottom of the page (if shown) or by clearing site data in your browser settings.
6. Changes to These Terms Section
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, or new features. Updated terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
If a change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email if you have an account).
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
